Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is prepared and handed over to our courier, you will receive a confirmation message/email.
2. Shipping & Tracking
We deliver locally across Malta & Gozo using trusted local couriers.
If tracking is available for your delivery, it will be shared with you once your parcel is dispatched.
3. Responsibility & Delivery Handling
After your parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the courier service.
If there is any issue (delay, missed delivery attempt, or other questions), we will do our best to assist you and follow it up promptly.
4. Delivery Timeframes

Malta: 1–3 business days
Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday. -
Gozo: 1–3 business days
Deliveries take place every Tuesday and Friday.
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days from dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
5. Lost Parcels
If a shipment is confirmed as lost (or does not arrive within the timeframe stated above), we will offer one of the following:

Replacement delivery, or
-
Refund (via store credit or bank transfer, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders)
Refunds or replacements are processed once the courier confirms the delivery status.
6. Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for entering the correct address and contact number at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any re-delivery fees.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for Malta and Gozo orders.
At checkout, fill in your address details first, then select Cash on Delivery under Payment Method.
